SIDE 2022 has lined up industry experts to deliver keynote addresses, networking sessions and practical workshops.
Numbers attending SIDE are restricted to the venue capacity. Early booking is recommended. Priority will be given to farmer registrations received before the earlybird closing early May 2022.
Pre-registration with drinks and nibbles will be available at the Brydone Hotel – entry off Wear Street from 5pm Tuesday 7th June. Come and join us the night before get your registration, delegate bag goodies, and enjoy some wine and cheese with our exhibitors!

All providers offer online reservations. Delegates are required to make their own arrangements directly with the provider. No reservations have been held on behalf of SIDE.
Terms and Conditions
The SIDE committee carefully plan the South Island Dairy Event to create the ultimate experience for farmers. This includes booking suppliers and speakers well in advance.
If you are unwell (including if you have any COVID-19 symptoms), or are awaiting the results of a non-surveillance test for COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home and, at no charge, either:
a) Transfer your ticket to someone else.
b) Defer your ticket to SIDE 2023.
c) If transfer or deferment is not possible, have your ticket refunded.
These options also apply if we cancel or reschedule SIDE 2022 for any reason, including a change in traffic light or the NZ Government’s COVID-19 Protection Framework.
If you are unable to attend SIDE 2022 for any other reason, you can:
a) Transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation at no charge.
b) Defer your ticket to SIDE 2023 submitting a deferment payment of 50% of the ticket purchase price.
Unless you are unwell, or we have cancelled or rescheduled SIDE 2022, we do not offer refunds.
